1Service Description

Printdocks provides:

• cloud_uploadOnline file upload for printing
• pinOTP-based kiosk printing
• cloudCloud storage for temporary files
• storefrontPartner print shop fulfillment

2User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own the rights to the documents you upload
• You will not upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content
• You will not misuse the platform

3Payment & Refunds

At shops that accept online payment, you pay Printdocks online through Razorpay before the print OTP is shown. You pay only the print price shown before payment; payment gateway charges are never added for you. Printdocks settles the amount with the shop after deducting the gateway fee and a platform commission.

Refunds and cancellations are covered in full by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you get a full refund if you or the shop cancel before printing, if the printer cannot complete the job, or if the shop closes before printing it. There is no refund for a job printed exactly as uploaded with the wrong file or settings.

4Printing Accuracy

Printdocks is not responsible for:

• Minor color differences
• Alignment variations
• Printer quality differences across shops

5Data & File Handling

• Files are stored temporarily
• We reserve the right to delete files after printing
• Users must download their files before job completion

6Service Availability

7Limitation of Liability

Printdocks is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Delays in printing
• Technical failures beyond our control

8Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• ruleViolate rules
• dangerousMisuse the system
• reportEngage in fraud
