Since Print Docks is a free service, our installer is not yet code-signed. Windows SmartScreen may display a warning when you run the installer. This is completely normal for independent software and does not mean the app is unsafe.

To proceed:

  1. Click "More info" on the SmartScreen popup
  2. Click "Run anyway" to continue installation

Download

Choose and click the button for your OS version above.

Run

Open the .exe installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway." Follow the setup wizard prompts.

Login

Use your Shop Dashboard credentials to authenticate.

Start

You're all set! Your printers are now ready for cloud tasks.

These versions no longer receive security updates from Microsoft, and the printing components Print Docks relies on are not available on them. Your printers will still work normally — you just need a Windows 10 or 11 computer to run the agent.
